i don't know if you guys have any system like this in your country, as my websites are only national. regardless if you guys have a system where you you buy for instance a hoodie used from lets say abdi. abdi won't get the money directly as the item has to arrive and when it does you have like 24 hours to comfirm everything. we have it so that a courier picks up the package from your house and delivers it to the house of the guy that payed for it.
anyways what you do is that you buy a hoodie from abdi, and then you drive to abdi's house and take the hoodie before the courier arrives. that way you will get a refund
key notes, Abdi should be driving distance away, and your account should have a fake adress and a fake name ( or just copy someone else's id as long as it is far away).
ps by system i am referring to an app/website that uses a payment system like mentioned above.
