I purchased 300$ grill off wayfair for a gift for my parents it shows delivered but it’s not I worry someone in town stole it while they were at work, I don’t know what to tell wayfair to see if they would refund would I be better of telling them it’s damaged

Just tell them the truth if it has not be delivered and you have not got it.
Don’t over think or complicate things.
