Zalando FTID help - teets0n - 08-17-2022
Hi guys.
So I ordered from zalando.pl 10 items, arround 450euro and then used some boxer's FTID service. He sent the package with manipulated label and 14 days after the delivery I contacted zalando's support. The agent said that the warehouse received my "package" but it was empty and they have no reason to issue a refund. Boxer is assuring that he manipulated the label properly. Is there anything I can do or I can treat this case as failed?

It seems like the boxer service did it wrong.
You could try to push them to their limits by claiming that you've send the package WITH the items included, but you probably won't have evidence for that.
Stay away from boxing services.

The agent I was talking on the phone afterall, told me to contact the carrier company. The account I used for this order is aged, like from 2014 and has many orders in history but still failed.

Do so. Tell us the results. The outcome is probably that the package was indeed delivered to the Zalando warehouse, but they haven't got any records regarding the weight.
BUT it can be the case that they found out that the parcel was indeed empty.
In that case, take the L for the SE and see that you can somehow get the money back from the boxing servive if it isn't against his TOS.
