Amazon PR - stevenadams2323 - 08-11-2022

My mate just did a DNA, they said wait until today and they will give a refund. Now they are saying the need a PR.

Should he go ahead and do one?

Never file a PR cuz it triggers OFM and your account may get blocked after the refund is issued

Last time I fixed a rts after delivery, they always asked for a PR but i kept calling them showing the proof of my rts scan and finally got my refund without filing a PR

What, that's absolutely not true, the PR is needed, and is a further proof that you're a legit customer who's worried about his item
Failure to comply will seem more suspicious since you have literally no reason not to go to the police if you're missing something

I bought a rts scan as a proof so didnt need to file a PR. All i gotta do is to manipulate the rep by having a conference call between amz agent and the carrier agent. Boom i got it refunded

Yes.

A PR Is purely required to move forward with the claim.
