AMZ pr - Scimmazzed - 08-09-2022
Hi guys
Having issues with brain dead amz cs not verifying my pr over a $150 item. They are claiming I need a url for the pr however the police in my area confirmed they only give pdf versions of reports.
anyone in North America know a way around this or experience this problem as well? Thanks in advance.

I have and they just keep sending me around in circles insisting I have to send a url. This is my first pr ever filed so wasn’t sure if this is a common problem? I’ve talked to about 20 different reps at this point all refusing the pdf.

Have you tried to escalate the claim or calling them?

Yeah so I called twice and was hung up on or “disconnected” as soon as I explain my situation with the url but I’ll continue pressing them this week. And whenever I actually get a real person in the chats they always disconnect when I explain the situation as well.
Gonna give them another call today and hopefully I get someone who actually listens to me because it’s obvious they’re just passing me along.
