RayBan EB + Weird Backlack? - policiabrit - 08-08-2022
Thursday item delivered.
I contacted live chat and he requested if I wanted a refund. Told him glasses were not in box as better success rate.
I replied to the email requesting pictures.
Sunday requested update then immediately received PayPal confirmation of money returned.
Today woke up to see that they’ve requested a courier to pick up an “empty parcel”.
Can’t tell if they’re losing their mind but I have a third one with completely different details ongoing, should I repeat glasses missing or should I go for package wasn’t in box this time?

I can confirm that this has also happened to me today. They have come for the glasses case without notifying me.
By the way, they woke me up when I sleeping and I ran out to open.
On the way I slipped and I stuck the doorknob of the door under my armpit strongly.

Oh they’re being assholes. I’ll just give them an empty parcel as they requested in the email. No harm in doing that

It's a commonality for Ray-Ban to spend x-amount of dollars for cost of freight and pickup a worthless case/package.

Yep. I like to use completely different details and make enough from each to pay off my insurance or something like that whatnot.

On my 3rd EB but after the email requesting photos, they haven’t responded since Wednesday. I’ve been replying to the email but they still aren’t talking.
Any advisable routes?

They finally responded. But now theyre asking if I want a refund or replacement. And they want a damn copy of an ID. Bare in mind I used a fake name ffs. What shall I do?
