Anyone have any experience doing a EB against DHL?

Product is less then 40 grams

Simply say they were missing from the case when you opened It.

Unless they physically check goods at the time of packing, your SE has a very good chance to succeed.

Out of intrested. When you have attempted a EB before and they have shut it down by checking or cctv, what have you then said?

Shades are one of the easiest items to SE. due to the low weight they cannot cross check, usually the refunds are unproblematic and instant

The package was damaged when received, which gives the Impression the Item was stolen In transit.

I asked to provide photographic evidence of the package condition just before It arrived at my address. There's no way this type of request can be fulfilled, thereby It ultimately renders CCTV footage useless.
