Yodel/ very refund - 1davidjames - 07-30-2022

I ordered some WHCH510 Wireless
Headphones from very and yodel delivered them this morning I accepted and she took a picture of me with the parcel(I should be identifiable) don’t think I can say DNA some I’m wondering if EB would work or if DNA is still an option. What do you guys think?

I am not sure they aren’t showing picture on tracking

If you cannot conclusively be Identified In the photo, the DNA Is good to go.

When she took the photo, what angle was the camera pointed?

If you cannot conclusively be Identified In the photo, the DNA Is good to go.

In terms of the EB/missing Item method, what's the weight of the headphones and most Importantly, can It be viewed externally without opening the box?

Online it says 132grams and no it is not visible through the box
