I would like to get access to an old PayPal account. I still have the email for the PayPal login. But no password and no access to the phone number on the account. Is it possible to get access with this? Or are other data necessary?
How exactly do I have to proceed with an attack over the phone? According to my experience so far, I can only regain access via telephone customer support. The function that sends me the security code via email seems to no longer exist. What could be the reason for this?

yeah just contact paypal, people do change numbers so as long as oyu can access email should be fine.b

Thank you I have called paypal. After a longer phone call I got a code by email. I have no more problems.

Yes I can confirm that. They only wanted my date of birth and my address. After that I got the email directly.
