SE refund with similar item swap australia - curry_king - 07-23-2022 I was planning to order the samsung tab s8 using Amazon.com.au and say it came as wrong item and say they gave the tab s7 (which I have right now along with the clean original box) by accident. For this to be as easy as possible i was either going to strictly use sold and shipped by amazon or get some samsung seals to try and attempt to return it as if it was sealed. Only issue I can see happening is if they check the screen and tablet, finding its dings and in particular the extremely large scratches I have on my tablet (rubbed accidentally on very coarse surface). Another similar refund was to return my cracked pixel 6 in a similar manner but I was thinking say the first one was DNA/EB and the replacement they sent came damaged and cracked. Anything I should know for both these orders? Moreover, It's their policy to dispose of wrong Item returns (not part of their Inventory), so say goodbye to your S7. Quote: or get some samsung seals to try and attempt to return it as if it was sealed. As with Apple, Amazon checks sealed box returns. RE: SE refund with similar item swap australia - curry_king - 07-24-2022 I had returned a pair of headphones recently which were literally broken like it had been run over. I got it returned easily which is why i had hope. It was only, 35aud tho. Are you sure Amazon Australia isnt more lenient? RE: SE refund with similar item swap australia - Iso100 - 07-24-2022 Lookt at my thread talking about the same subject, bout switvhing products, @mothered has answered to a lot of questions in the same way than yours. I would switch a jap version of the exactly same product (not a fake, an original but locked in Jap) both are new and it looks a bad idea at all RE: SE refund with similar item swap australia - mothered - 07-24-2022 (07-24-2022, 06:10 AM)curry_king Wrote: I had returned a pair of headphones recently which were literally broken like it had been run over. Your claim may've been approved at the rep's discretion, or It was not worth pursuing due to the Item value. RE: SE refund with similar item swap australia - curry_king - 07-25-2022 what would be the next best solution then?
