Help with a laptop SE - kissedmoon - 07-22-2022

I'm in need of a 2 in 1 laptop for my studies. These are the models I've been eyeing, but I'm open to suggestions.
- Lenovo Yoga 9i Gen7: only sold in the Lenovo website
- HP Spectre x360
I need it to have a Spanish keyboard because we have an extra letter, so foreign stores are out of the question.

Quote: foreign stores are out of the question.
Which countries/regions are within your reach?

Just Spain. We have PcComponentes, Mediamarkt, Amazon and Phonehouse. I prefer getting a Lenovo laptop which is only available on their website. 2 people told me sealed box works with Lenovo, but in my country they schedule a pick up date at your home and I'm not sure if they'll inspect the product. I tried calling the courier many times to ask if I can drop it off but they won't pick up and reviews say they never answer the phone.

Here's Lenovo's return instructions:
In case you have locked the BIOS of the devices with a password, unlock it.
Any authorized return must include the product and all accessories in their original packaging, along with all documentation (ie invoice, return reference number, and original shipping label).
You will receive an email from the TNT courier service ( noreply@tnt.com ) within 4 business days. If you don't receive it, check your spam or junk mail filters. Haven't received it yet? Contact customer support and provide an alternate email address.
Sign in to TNT's Express Import service with your zip code. Your RMA number will be generated previously. Here you can change the collection address and choose a date for the collection.
TNT will also provide you with all the documents you need by email after you select the date and address.
Page 1: Label – must be attached to your shipment
Page 2: Copy of the recipient: signed by the courier and for your administration
Page 3: Customer Copy – Must be given to driver
Page 4: Collection Manifest - Must be given to the driver
Always keep your copy of the tag signed by the driver for future reference.

If the sealed box method works as said by other SE'ers, then the product will not be Inspected.

Yes, but they are from other countries where they had to drop off the box instead of having it picked up. Also, is there a way to fix the SE if they happen to inspect the box after returning it?

No difference.

What's stopping the driver from Inspecting It at the drop off point?

There certainly Is.

Tell them you were In a rush and mistakenly packed the Incorrect Item In the box. As to why It was resealed to perfection, you were concerned that an open/damaged box would void the refund, hence returned It In Its original state.

How did you open the cardboard without any signs? There is a brand tape on it. I have checked and that tape seems to be water-based Kraft paper one which is hard to remove from cardboard.

@kissedmoon, have you decided to pursue the SE?

Not quite. I just cannot afford for the SE to fail (it's a 1.8k laptop) + I'm afraid they'll brick the laptop. I think I'll try to resell SEd items to save up on money to buy a laptop. Now I have to figure out how to get a powerbank that works with my current laptop.
