Amazon account standing - rickroll12 - 07-22-2022 I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into the possible standing of my Amazon account. I'm preparing to hit a "Received wrong item" on amazon, for a ~$1000 item. My amazon account is 10 years old and has at least 2 thousand dollars of legit purchases over the years. I've pulled a DNA and a disposed of faulty item for items worth ~$400 and ~$800 within the past year. The last SE I did was back in April and I received an ofm warning email about how "too many of my packages are missing" even though that was the first DNA I pulled. i asked them for clarification on the warning and they said my account is still available for use. I've probably made $800 in legit purchases since April. Does this sound like I am in good enough standing to attempt a "received wrong item"? I am a bit nervous RE: Amazon account standing - K03NT3S31N - 07-22-2022 You're account is in a good condition - idk why they sent the OFM mail if it was your first DNA. How many other SE AND legit returns did you made on this account? How many other SE AND legit returns did you made on this account? Okay to tell the full story, I did my first SE, a "item missing from order (i.e only 3 of 4 items in a shipment arrived)" back in February, which worked. Then I did a disposed of faulty item in April, which worked. Then, I tried a DNA about a week after that (which was dumb, I know) and they pretty much denied it. That's when they sent me the warning email. I probably could have filed a PR and escalated the claim, but the item was only $200 and I couldn't be bothered to pursue it at the time. So I've attempted 3 SE's, with 2/3 working, within in the past year or so. I've probably made 5-6 legit returns on the account over the past year or two. And i've easily placed 50+ orders in that time. RE: Amazon account standing - K03NT3S31N - 07-22-2022 I would think your account is good to go when you made some legit purchases after your failed DNA. Personally, I would wait for Q4 2022. Going by your comments below, the OFM Is not warranted. Ask them to explain why It was Issued.
