Amazon AirPods question? UK based - sambo2 - 07-20-2022
I’ve been researching and found a way to avoid OTP/signature for the AirPods in question. However, I’ve now got the AirPods withou a signature at my house. Unsure whether to use EB, or FTID - don’t want to have a police report? Any advice - much appreciated (1st timer)

Except it's an overSE'd apple product so they're gonna want a PR for both the DNA and the EB most likely

Its up to you, if you can deal with sounding real on the phone and can handle questions on the spot, phone is best,
in my case i do a bit of both, simply as i cannot be bothered with dealing with them on the phone. Just stick to your story and persist.

I got mine sent to an amazon locker recently and EB worked relatively easily.
This was like a month or so ago. Last claim was around 6 months before that.
