Amazon closed my 10 year old account! - nfrS2K - 07-20-2022

Hello,

A couple days ago amazon had closed my account (for the first time) with an OFM email stating that I was asking for refunds for items that they had not received. I admit that I was using a refunder for this, but I also received an email from a different account specialist stating that the item that I had returned had been received.
The account that's closed is more or less than 10 years old with hundreds to nearly a thousand of legit orders every month and with maybe one SE item every 3 months or so. I've been going back and forth with multiple account specialist asking for proof and detail about which order they are referring to, but have only received vague responses and that the decision is final.

Additionally, there are a lot of legitimate refunds that are made on this account from my sister as she likes to buy things, but returns them if she decides if she doesn't like them. She recently did a massive return (legit) right before the account was closed so I don't know if the combination her and I finally broke the camels back.
This account also has tons of money in amazon GCs on it as well. Is there anyway i can salvage this account?

If that's the case, It doesn't warrant an account closure.

So far i've been getting nowhere with these OFM emails. I've contacted account-verification@Amazon.com, jeff@Amazon.com, and its sthe same cookie cutter response. I've asked for them to escelate the issue, but one of their responses were

"I understand that you would like to connect to the Supervisor. However, I
> am trained to look into all customer issues and will give my best to
> resolve them. My superiors are more involved in the day to day operations
> and administrative side of the company, and aren't really equipped to
> handle customer issues."

i guess I'll keep picking at them until someone can actually help me :/

It Is very difficult to have an OFM attended to, but don't give In - bombard them with emails.
