SE Lenovo Using S/N - DarkPowderX - 07-18-2022

Working on SE'ing Lenovo using a S/N I found online. I've it through most of the process so far. Chat Agent asked if I wanted to ship the laptop to a repair center or just have a tech come out to repair it. I obviously opted to send it to a repair center. Now they're asking to send a box or to send a label. Does it matter which I chose or is it the same in the end?

How are you planning to circumvent the return?

Make sure to look up if they're responsible for lost packages

I was thinking of Boxing the return using dry ice, I'm trying to secure some dry ice now. Is there another method you would recommend for this type of SE?

What's the precise weight of the laptop?

It's not too late to use the disposed of the faulty Item method.

My SE lasted 5 months. They did not give me any laptop! Besides they actually found my original package and sent me picture... lol 🤭
