Amazon EB PR question - larry_ - 07-18-2022
Im trying to SE amazon with EB, i contacted them 2 days ago, today I received the following email

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the products in your order.
Based on the results of our investigation, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.
You may wish to contact your local law enforcement authorities to pursue this matter further.
If the problem is not resolved after contacting the local police and the carrier, please contact us during the business hours of the related police department with the police report number, link or URL to the police report showing the following informationwhat is strange to me, is that in the 2nd paragraph it says that they cannot provide me with a refund/replacement, as if the SE is failed, my question is
Should i just go to the police and file a PR and then send them the details, or contact amazon and make them understand that the fault is theirs and not the carrier's or the police?
or maybe is a failed SE?

That item, along with the airpods, are the single most SE'd items ever, no wonder they're cracking down on that
Go get your PR and you might just have your refund, but for god's sake, stop hitting apple products everyone, they're overused and overdone, think different (oh, the irony)
