River Island insider information - WLT17 - 07-17-2022

Got some information on River Island's processes.
Anything under £300 will not be passed onto the senior investigations team.
For DNA any pic that isn't directly person holding parcel will most likely lead to a refund.

Is the Information obtained from a reliable/reputable source, or Is It based on your own experience?

I think I’ve just had a fail with River Island. The order was £280 and it was delivered by DPD. No signature but they took a picture with it in the partially open doorway. I called today and said that it hadn’t arrived (I claimed I hadn’t seen the DPD pic). The agent cross referenced the Google Street picture with the DPD photo. I claimed ignorance and that I’d need to double check with my family and neighbours. I’ll probably just do a return now.

No certain outcome of the claim yet? I reckon you could persist and get it

The Google street view pic and driver’s pic pretty clearly match, and the GPS is about right. I could say the door had been left open and that we didn’t actually receive the parcel, though I think this would be a stretch.

Yeah i understand its obvious but its a smaller amount so a little persistence could pay off, you never know.
