Hi guys
How do you you choose your style of approach of tone of voice etc depending of the type of rep you are chatting//calling when you are social engineering for example Amazon or any other company. For example how do you get the rep, first only offering an standard exchange, making them offer a advanced exchange? Do you find it easier with female reps or younger ones. Whats your strategy? Is ever ok to go into Karen mode?
