hello everyone, I bought a computer bought and sold by amazon on amazon.it. arrived today, I would like to ask for a duplicate. who can give me a hand with retribution?

I had to give a six-digit code upon delivery

I figured an OTP will be required, hence why I asked the delivery verification.

The sealed box method Is well suited, but Amazon has been randomly checking sealed box returns. Not consistently, but every now and then.

Alternatively, the wrong Item received Is compatible.
