Complaints to European consumer center after failed amazon.de LIT? - MrDurian - 07-12-2022

Hi,
Amazon.de has been telling me that they couldn’t refund after LIT dropped on 9th of June. Despite multiple back and forth they don’t want to hear anything.

I was thinking about complaining to ECC since Amazon are the one who provided the DHL label. Any insight about the process ?

Security has been increased at Amazon de. I generally don't think much of LIT, Reroute, etc. You can try it. However, having started this error myself, I would advise against it and send it back legit. I didn't have a chance even after an attorney enforcement notice. Only a chargeback helped.

Please don't give yourself a headache and send it back legit. Better use traditional methods in the future.
