Do any companies refund on scan? - plop442 - 07-10-2022

I'm looking to SE reebok, so will be looking to do FTID, as I want to avoid courier investigations for some time. I've heard reebok issue a refund on scan; can anyone confirm? Also, are there any other companies that refund on scan?
