LIT Warranty claim SE - Input? - Auris - 07-04-2022
Have an SE going on. Standard Warranty Claim. Did a LIT, but I should have done a FTIDv3. This is their response:
"we will come back to your request. In advance, we apologize for the mistake for the wrong return label many times.
We ask that you pick up the package again from the PO Box and would then send you a new return label.
Thank you very much for your help. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again."
I was thinking of
1) Saying I am not able to retrieve it from the PO Box because the package is gone
2) Getting a new label from them and then FTIDv3
3) Option 2 but pressuring them to do an AR
Any Input or recommendations which option I should take?
