how to get past PayPal avs im tryna make payment go through for my PayPal Unauthorised Transaction claim but payment page not landing

just keep getting processing page , im thinking of maybe just doing PayPal claim though as they got higher success rate but just confused is the claim just a ftid really along as the return shows delivered back and lets say I do sand and say they came damaged etc from Dior or currys pc im thinking of doing

what it says exactly is 'Paypal is looking out for you' and just stays with loading circle in screen

Also, some AVs deem webpages unsafe and prevent them from loading, so turn off your antivirus/security suite If you have one running.
