JB HI FI Help - yonomenose - 07-02-2022

Hey Ive been lurking on this forum for a long time and have finally created an account.

I was just wondering what method you guys would use to refund JB HI FI in australia and if FTID works

I want to refund an iphone 13 pro

Any help would be appreciated

Im not sure what you mean with: "FTID Works". If FTID works with them then a simple FTID Refund should suffice?

The DNA Is the obvious choice, but find out the type of verification that will be required on delivery, and whether they're liable for lost shipments.

Alternatively, the sealed box method can be used - JB Is not as meticulous as Harvey Norman and Officeworks.

I decided to buy a dummy phone which is gonna take 2 weeks to arrive so im gonna age the jb hi fi account in the mean time
