Got OFMed Amazon - Ezcheez - 06-29-2022
Hello,
I was trying to get an Amazon refund but they suddenly blocked the account. I received an email from OFM saying that the account has been closed because it is linked to another account that has violated the terms of service. I don't actually have any other account that has been banned for this reason. So I have my order, but not my refund. How can I bypass or successfully recover my account to continue my process? I have replied to the OFM email but I am not an expert in this type of work.

Your other account has violated their terms, hence the closure of this account.

Or how can I actually send the order back to them and get a normal refund when I no longer have access to the account and cannot issue return labels?

Your other account has violated their terms, hence the closure of this account.

The thing is that i don't have another Amazon account apart from the one that got banned So, i don't understand the justification.

Yes, i've explained it to Amazon, i'm waiting for a response of OFM. But i was asking here since i know the reputation OFM got.
I've got another Amazon account, where i didn't do anything weird and it's still on, not suspended. That's why everything is messy. Why banned my account when it's not linked with one that got banned.

Did you use a free VPN service or anything maliciously link to your account such as address, phone number or possible email address, maybe used same wifi as someone who did ?
