SE Amazon.fr 2 MacBook - Blackyi22 - 06-26-2022
Hello,
As the title says, i'm trying on an aged account an SE of 2 MacBook Pro (2x 1400€)
The laptops were delivered in 2 different days and i claimed a box full of wrapping paper.
They instantly closed the chat and sent me an email asking for a police report.
Sent the police report and they made copy paste of the last mail sent by them.
What do you think?
If this SE fails, could i just fall back with FTID or something else?

Was the police report a legit one?
Should have DNA it, Amazon don't use that much of wrapping paper
If you got the PR, just charge back it
First of all the red flag of your claim and you screwed so hard
Your 2 items were sent in different shippings, and yet claimed both of them EB( and it's too heavy for EB)
That's just impossible.
Is it the same order?
I have a method that worked for me recently but need to be different orders
FTID will fail for this amount, Amazon started to catch on returns.
And you can't just FTID like this, you need to make a good f+++king excuse to bypass this PR
Because now they are asking for PR. And they will keep asking for it.

Step 1 let's say you purchased airpods
Call, chat or email, claim damaged item
They will offer a free replacement
Now once replacement received
Call them again and say that the replacement unit is DOA (make your own story)
You have 2 separate labels
Keep the first item received
Don't open the replacement box
Stick the label of the first order (damaged one) on top
And replacement label on the back
Deposit and wait 14 days
The trick is both labels will be scanned when the return is handled by Amazon
It's worked for me many times

Well, does send you an advanced replacement at times, if you can convince them, so that's for the first part
The double label, it's strictly an Amazon thing, not a tracking one, so there's that.. not sure why they scan both though, that would be the part where you need to be lucky I guess

It's a certainty with carriers that operate by placing every package/box on a conveyor belt (at the depot), and take photos of every angle prior to allocating them to their designated area In readiness for dispatch.
State of the art freight and distribution facilities operate In that fashion.
