amazon return help - fubuso - 06-25-2022

hey guys i am trying to do my first return w amazon and just need some help/reassurance. So i sent back the fake return to its destination and canada post tracking says delivered on June 15. I may have jumped the gun a bit and decided to chat with customer support and inquire about the refund. The person told me that it is confirmed that the package has been delivered june 15 but they have to wait 30 days from delivery to be able to process the refund because they have yet to receive confirmation from return centre that they actually got my package (I sent it to another address in the same city). She said if i dont see a refund by july 15 then I can call back to have the refund processed. is this normal or are they investigating?

It's now Amazon's standard policy, so there's no cause for concern.

don't bother they'll keep telling you to wait 30 days. In my case they closed my account right after 30 days and refused to help

Correct.

In the meanwhile, It won't hurt to contact them asking whether they've processed It.
