Wayfair SE Help - ax18830 - 06-24-2022

Hi so I made an order on Wayfair it was delivered this morning to my neighbour by DHL. Was planning on DNA but neighbour provided name and a picture.

However, the picture is really zoomed in and just of neighbour’s hand and a bit of porch wall.

Debating between DNA and EB. Don’t want my neighbour being implicated in the situation since DHL have previously returned to property to take a picture of where it was delivered.

Would DNA or EB be a good route to go down? Items weigh around 10.2kg

Empty box is definitely out of the picture with the package weighing 10kg… you could possibly say there is multiple important pieces missing and they may send out a full replacement product which you could then return? Unsure to be honest just brainstorming some ideas for you lol, not tried Wayfair before

It's not good practice to get your neighbor Involved.

Way too heavy to EB It.

You've mentioned "Items" which Is plural, so how many are there and what's their description?
