It doesn't mean the same will apply to Italist.

The first thing to establish, Is If they're responsible for loss of goods In transit. Also, Identify the carrier that will service your delivery.

That's good.

Research the company's terms to see If they're liable for loss of goods.

he items purchased through the Services are shipped by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss of items, damage to items, misdeliveries, delays, or failed deliveries of items. If there are any delays in delivery, you may contact the italist.com Customer Services department, whose contact details are shown in the "Contact Us" section of the Website. this is what it says on website.

In that case, If you plan on hitting the DNA, you'd need to deal with the carrier for the lost shipment - which can be a lengthy process.
