HP Store UK - thecableguy - 06-21-2022

I had a refunder do a HP order for me using a PayPal claim and doctored tracking receipt. The dispute has been settled in my favour but two weeks later I got an email from HP Store Post Sales saying they are going to invoice the cost of the laptop again as they haven't received it. Can they do that? The PayPal dispute has the tracking number and receipt. Should I send them these details again or just ignore the email?

Absolutely.

HP Is known for billing accounts for non-returns.

Didn't the refunder manipulate the tracking?

Yes he did. The tracking is showing as delivered and tracking receipt has the correct address on.

Forward It to HP.
