I need help with editing a dhl label for ftid or advices for lit method
it’ll be my first time returning with a dhl label but i can’t understand what to do edit on the file,can someone help me or have experience with it

@phisbaby999, what's the Item you're SEing?
dna- is out of question because i alr had case with the carrier not long time ago and he still remember me and the old claim because is the only dhl driver in my city.
peb- out of question because i know they rebuild the package with the exact clothes to check weight .
so returning with lit or ftid is the only right option but i need help with editing the label

I see a lot of SE's that miss FTID.
Because the store understands that there has been fraud, because the delivery company redoes the label etc etc.
If there is just one member who is not sleeping on his workstation, your ftid will fail. Just 1..

and if there’s not any datas of me,my contacts and orded details they eventually can just trow it away and process will become lit if tracking is already scanned.
(that’s why im lookin for someone who know well how to do this se method)

I am not an expert on FTID. I was able to do some because I had a very solid account with several thousand dollars and almost 10 years of service.
You should really look for the info on the store. Because, in France for example, some do not refund FTID.
DHL even if there are methods, they are specialists in delivery. As soon as they have a suspicion, they print a new label.

Nothing new, It's been the case for years. They're well aware of their logistics and freight distribution handling and procedures.
