Zalando 3 parcels - doktorenfradk - 06-19-2022

hey guys - i was trying to do the missing item trick, but now i see that they put it in 3 different parcels or bags, so the cheap item i bought is in a bag for it self.. do we agree that i shouldnt try to call out the 2 expensive parcels as missing? Or what do you suggest

What is the weight, price and amount of articles per package?

You've stated "parcels as missing", so are you referring to the DNA on both packages?

Wrong words. Missing items in parcel, but if theyre split up, its makes it hard right? So two items in one, 2 single with 1 item also.

Given It relates to a single order, It can still be done, but It's best to draw the attention of the claim/Investigation on just the one package.

Would you just claim that there was nothing inside the package then?

Yes, that's the approach when claiming more than one Item was missing In a single package.

Be sure to take the combined weight of the missing goods Into account.
