Used to do "Similar Item" method SE for a while with much success.
Seems like UA has tightened up their returns check. They have been charging back items that were not returned.
Used to be able to get away with returning almost anything. Might still work, but the items must be very similar.
Just FYI for those that want to try something with them.

What are they like with the wrong Item received method, namely when the Incorrect Item Is purchased from their Inventory?

I haven't tried the "wrong item received" method with them yet.
I do know that if you tell them DNA, they will make you sign a form and do an investigation first.
