Feelunique refund - Malfonce - 06-17-2022
Hello,
I ordered a perfume and hair products from Feelunique. The Hermes guy left the package at my door today . Please suggest how to get a full refund. Thank you.

He has clicked a picture of the parcel at my door. The door number is visible. As it’s a wide shot of the entire door with the parcel left at the door.

Use DNA you could easily say that it was not handed to you and that anyone could have taken it.

He has clicked a picture of the parcel at my door. The door number is visible. As it’s a wide shot of the entire door with the parcel left at the door.
As long as the picture does not show your front door to be open, report DNA. Hermes driver might come back, I have heard people say that is a possibility with Hermes but either way, you have a solid DNA case (if there is no evidence of your door being opened)

Might make it slightly awkward if he is a regular delivery driver and you claim he didn’t deliver a parcel but won’t affect claim so go for it.

I always have the same Hermes driver for example and he last left a Nike parcel 250~ish at my door and walked away after taking picture of my door without it being opened. Nothing come about it and he has been again since with nothing mentioned. Just be hopeful Feeluniqhe don’t open an investigation with the courier 🤞🏼
