Zalando flip-flops refund - smallgreyman - 06-12-2022
Hello, I ordered a Nike flip-flops on Zalando 8 months ago. I wanna try refund on them but I'm not sure if it's not too late. Any thoughts? I also ordered on another fresh account pair of shoes and will try DNA, you think it's good? Shoes are really cheap, like $90.

I’d say it’s probably out of the equation having a refund on an 8 month old order lol especially for a pair of Nike flip flops, is it worth it? What was their price? I think they would question the reasoning of why wait 8 months to contact.
Zalando are definitely exploitable as far as I am aware, I’ve done them a couple times DNA, albeit over a year ago.
Do you know if your shipping courier will need a signature for the package or is there a chance they could leave it outside?

I just ordered, probably signature but I can fake it easily. By the way while faking should I just put some random name on it or mine but inexpressibly that no one can see?

Yes just a fake signature, squiggled line for example

As such, If they cross-check It, the name will not correspond with yours, hence will solidify that "you" did not sign the consignment.

They provided me pin number to give to the delivery man. What your thoughts what can I do to bypass it?

you can create a hectic situation by waiting outside in your car 5 minutes before he comes and stuff and small talk a bit. managed to make some delivery guys forget the pin.
really depends on you and the delivery guy though

It can be circumvented, but It Involves a lot of manipulation. I've written a guide on my blog on how to bypass a one-time password.

DNA went fast and easy. Delivery guy not required an OTP, I wasn't even in home when he delivered my package. On zalando site I still can send my item back. I wanna try double dip with "FTID". If I run on any problems while returning I got from zalando proof of returning with mine and courier sign. Do you have any tips for this "ftid"? Thanks in advance <3 Big love for this forum
