Help with securing account info - tijdtikt - 06-08-2022
So, I came across this post from @mothered about account info security:
"Here's my non-exhaustive list, but It will suffice your needs. Apply what's relevant to your environment.
Change of full name (family & given name)
Change of date of birth (where applicable)
Change of full residential address. If need be, use a drop
Change of email address (no need to explain this!)
Change of phone number (new SIM on a fake account or a Burner service)
Navigate via a VPN (NordVPN, IPVanish, ExpressVPN will suffice)
Use a different device (one that was NEVER used with previous accounts)
Change your MAC address (this free tool does an excellent job).
Use a VCC- Virtual Credit Card
Use a GC- Gift Card (an alternative to a virtual credit card)
Use a different password (nothing similar to the old account)
Navigate via a private search engine (prevent your online behavior being tracked)"
Here he is telling you to use a change of full name, but if order through amazon with a fake name on my VCC cardholder name and they ask for verification, how would I be able to solve this? They often ask for ID and bank statement I believe... Or can I just fill in my real cardholder name and make everything else different?

Do you happen to have any good VCC for EU? I was planning on using revolut but i can't, since you can only use them on your own name. Or can i just photoshop a bank statement?

You can use any name you like.
