Music Magpie Easy DNA - _Kenzo_ - 06-07-2022

Hi guys. Stumbled upon an easy DNA with Music Magpie when attempting to do an EB method with them.
Firstly, I believe this is UK only as this involves Royal Mail. Secondly, I have only tried this with a £40 game, so I don't know how expensive one could go with this.

Method: MusicMagpie is currently using 'Whistl' as their courier service, which uses a part-tracked delivery system. The first part of the journey is with them, and the second half is with Royal Mail.
The whistl tracking information provided to Music Magpie (and you) will not state when the item has been delivered. Simply contact support a few days after it arrives and claim DNA. They will advise you to contact again in 5 working days if it still hasn't arrived. Do so, then receive your refund.

Explanation:  I received a few games in the post and I contacted support ready to claim an EB. However, they presumed I was emailing to complain it hadn't arrived yet and advised me to 'wait a few more days for delivery first'. This made me realise they couldn't see it's delivery status. I called royal mail myself who advised that they didn't have one either, and that Whistl should have provided it. I checked with MusicMagpie who confirmed they only had the one tracking number for me (which final state was 'handed to royal mail). My other games in the order arrived separately and they to were stuck on 'Handed to Royal Mail'.

So I believe it's repeatable, as long as they continue to use Whistl. I'm not 100% but I would imagine they use a different courier for higher value items but I'm not sure.

Not a huge SE but easier than EB for those who want any free games, and potentially more Smile

No doubt SE'ers will put this to good use.

Much appreciated.
