SE help - milan419 - 06-04-2022

Hello,

I have been trying to SE two companies who have both asked for the name/email of the account that the product is registered too. Is there any way to try to get past this?

I tried to say to one that the company generates random emails which are linked to the personal email address of someone who works within the company for privacy reasons and since the company uses an agency to help set these things up it's impossible to find it. I was just describing the apples hide your email feature, but they just never responded to me. Any advice/ possible solutions are appreciated.

One way around it is saying that you inherited the item from a decesead relative so you have no way to access the old account, I guess

Did you pursue your communication by forwarding It to other departments, Inclusive of those operating on a senior level?

Also, who's the company In question?

I did not, after I sent the last email, I just asked for an update. The company is OwlLabs, I did recently recieve an email from the company saying they did not recieve any emails as something was wrong on there side, but it was a broadcast email, so not sure how to move forward. Thanks
