Best method for Amazon TV? - Hbank3005 - 06-03-2022

Hi all, I’ve been around SE’ing for a year now but haven’t ever really attempted to do my own orders and wanna try. I have a long standing account with Amazon (9 yerars). I’ve ordered a couple of tvs off Amazon and am wondering what the best method/course of action would be to get a full refund. Thoughts?

I would like to do both if possible. They are each 43” Samsung smarts tvs.

With DNA do you try to push the narrative that someone may have stolen the delivery or that the shipment just never came. Because ups is delivering the TVs and I think they scan them to confirm delivery.

They Weill show delivered you have to just try and claim it wasn't you who signed for them. Even better if your not in and they leave them outside or in a 'safe' area. That's nearly always an easy DNA.

As said by other members, the DNA Is the best option.

Find out whether an OTP will be required on delivery.
