PS5 failure - Defeat - 05-31-2022
Tried to FTID a PS5 through repair, massive failure. If anyone's managed it, share some tips. @holio2k

Did DNA for my ps5 even though there was a pic of me with it at my doorstep. Just said it was another house not mine and got the refund.

What was your method exactly? Sony have one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered when they use third parties (cough* Microland *cough), it takes forever to escalate and they just generally couldn't give less of a damn.
