Is there a way to fake a Amazon denying refund mail?

For what purpose? A credit card chargeback? I would NOT do this. Take the loss or return the item for a legitimate return. Mail fraud and bank/cc fraud's never needed.
If it's for some other reason, can't you just edit the page and screenshot or print as PDF?

Do they accept an image of the email in question? I would assume they'd want it forwarded, to prevent this kind of loophole

Emails are very very easy to spoof and I know someone's gonna say it'll go to spam but it's your own inbox.

Spoof it and put it into inbox if it goes to spam then forward the email to them if they even care.

Have they specified the format for the messages?
