I've ordered a monitor and am looking to DNA. 4+ Year acc, 100+ orders.

Does the weight of the item affect this process? And beyond what $ does it raise PRs

The weight has no relevance to the DNA method - you're purely claiming nonreceipt of goods, regardless of Its weight.

I suspect AMZ is Amazon. Yeah it's bizarre, I remember being asked for a police report for a $25 order once.

It's ridiculous Isn't It?

The cost of administration and manpower, will outweigh the cost of the Item tenfold, If not double the figure or more. Then again, Amazon Is not exactly on a budget.

And ... is there a threshold to how many times you an account can receive a refund before it is "flagged". In other words, can I and/or should I be using the same account for multiple hits.
