Discuss how you'd plan to execute your SE, and we can take It from there.

The main problem is finding defects, or problems that affect gasoline. Unlike tangible items, the only thing I can think of would to claim "bad gas" but that would be easily countered.

So I wouldn;'t know where to begin finding a viable excuse, I tried googling some shit but couldnt find anything.

Do you purchase the gas via a gas card and then fill up your car?

In Oregon, they have gas attendants that fill up the gas. At many locations, they start pumping first, then you pay afterward inside with cash. Gas prices are rough right now

Generally no, but I get that a chargeback COULD in theory work.

But after looking around and deeper, I think I may have found a viable excuse, I'm going to give it a try after the holidays.

On what grounds do you believe a chargeback will work?

Some of your yokal banks won't even ask questions for purchases, and will just charge back the amounts. Buy em digitally like shell and generally I havent had trouble.

I was thinking more along the lines of something that could give rise to legal issues as a means to get gas cards. Though thats a little too generic to be precise. I'll keep it to myself if it works. Its along the lines of employee negligence.
