Amazon DNA questionnaire - contriveD - 05-27-2022 Hello everybody, so amazon sometimes asks the following questions when handling missing packages; 1. Has there ever been a problem with a delivered, not received package from Amazon before? 2. If so, how often has this happened? Were the packages previously delivered by Amazon that you did not receive sent to the same location as the current package? In this case, we assume that the SEer has already completed multiple DNA claims at this adress. He doesn't want to raise more attraction than necessary to protect the drivers and himself. Logically the specialist team in question doesn't see the account history; else they wouldn't need to ask these questions. Thats why he concideres lying and just saying it hasn't happened before. How would you handle this situation? Regards. Quote:How would you handle this situation? In answer to question one: "Not to the best of my knowledge". As such, It doesn't mean the event(s) didn't take place, but rather your memory doesn't serve you correctly. No need to answer question 2. |
