eBay Shoes authentication - Defeat - 05-24-2022
If anyone else interested in giving this a shot, let's have some fun. Today I got a pair of shoes that I'd like to "return" to eBay. For them to see my options, the damn tag has to be on the shoes, they still are, but it's annoying because I had a brand new pair that were in fact damaged so I might have to photoshop (been years since I've opened that up lol). They want plenty of images, so I'll try to angle it and see what they say. Because the seller doesn't accept returns and it's gone through their new shoes authentication, I don't think he'll be impacted by this SE at all. If anyone wants to join, please get a pair of shoes and let's figure some shit out!
Also @PYA messaged me about a challenge, I think it would be really cool if we started doing those as a group or something, just for fun.

I don't know if that'll be possible, ebay is known to be strict with show verification/authenticity, more than stockx atleast (which doesn't mean much) but yeah, they'll verify each shoe manually, specially if its high value for the tag.

Wait, so you bought new shoes and want to return the old ones?
Why not take the photos of the new ones and box the used shoes then?

Why not take the photos of the new ones and box the used shoes then?
Edit: This was actually surprisingly easy. If the shoes cannot be resold, you do not return them. Have fun boys.
