Razer SE - karlthegod - 05-21-2022

Hey guys,

So my brother has a pair of Razer headphones he doesn't use anymore, since they had broken. I was curious how easy it would be to se razer if I had said product in hand?

They're obviously out of warranty, correct?

no they are not actually, Razer's website says they are.

Then just claim the warranty and get new ones, it's not even a SE at this point, it's not like you need to keep the broken ones

That's what I wanted to establish - their warranty status.

As stated above, why not put In a warranty claim?

They often ask for a video where the failure can be seen, but since you have the headphones in hand, it shouldn't be a problem.

Literally.
OP your headphones are literally broken and it still has warranty looool. You're legally entitled to a new pair depending on the fault, no need to overthink it.
