I was looking at a series 7 watch video review and found out it has the pull tab stickers just like the iPhone.
what are my chances of carefully opening it with a hairdryer, taking just the watch out (without the strap) and putting like a piece of rock inside and securely taping it.
I wanna do this as this way I can buy cheap straps off eBay and sell the watches off for quick money.
I know about the EB method and I will try that next week with Apple however this way I can abuse this method with virtual credit cards and ordering to a pickup shop.

your chances of removing the stickers on the series 7 flawlessly is basically 95%. I don't know why, but the stickers specifically for the 7 series (or all most series in general) is extremely easy to a point where all you need is a finger nail to lift it carefully. Obviously take precaution and use a hairdryer first so you reduce the risk of ripping it. Also, only one side of the box needs to be lifted as once you remove the portion of the sticker the lid can fold open leaving the other sticker still intact.
