boohoo-man refund method - axyanz - 05-12-2022
i chose to publish this since it's something i have done recently. got garments totalling approximately £200 from boohoo-man, & intended to keep it simple as to not bother myself too much, so i used the DNA approach. the rep wasn't obstinate at all & notified me that in order for me to obtain a reimbursement, i required a police report. once i became conscious of this, i approached the local police department & alerted them of the matter; they provided me a statement, which i emailed to the agent, who then promptly delivered my compensation for the missing parcel.

Whilst it's good that it worked, a police report would probably be better saved for a more expensive se, no?

if you're limited to a particular quantity, it's not worth it, but i have the liberty to register as many as i prefer with no difficulty, thus the amount isn't a concern for me.

that's correct, i could lodge a criminal complaint on one product and another inside the same hour.
