Need advice for Amazon Promo Abusing - kappapridexoxo - 05-12-2022 hi everyone. i understand that you all do refunds here, but does anyone know anything about promo certificate abuse in customer service? i mean to get a promo certificate for an empty account (or an account with a very old order, like 2014-2015) of $10-200.  i used to work on empty accounts, last april we wrote to support that the "clipped coupon" wasn't working and if they could add it manually that would be good, and it worked, but then they stopped.  i now have accounts with 2014-2015 orders, but most at customer service won't give out promo and say the order is too old. some will give out $10-50, but that's rare. any advice on how to get promo certificate on an account?
