Amazon au assistance 1.8k aud - Sancho17 - 05-11-2022

Hey guys looking to refund an iPhone 13 which is a high ticket item, my Amazon au account is in good standing and I normally do a $400 refund every year along with tons of legit purchases

I would have done my normal DNA but noticed they would need someone present to accept the delivery, I could use a fake signature and DNA which allows me to just return the item if things go bad, or I was thinking of doing ftid and simply not putting the return item slip inside of the package . I am not sure which method to use and would appreciate some guidance if someone has been in my position. Thanks in advance

If only a signature Is required on delivery, do exactly as stated above.

Alternatively, the sealed box method Is well-suited. The wrong Item received method Is also compatible.

Thank you I will try this, hopefully I do not get my Amazon driver in trouble, will report back if there's any issues thanks once again

Have you experienced the same driver with other deliveries, or Is It someone unbeknownst to you?

Got some good news, I got the refund quite easily, but I got kinda lucky tbh, the Amazon driver just left my package outside and I did not have to sign . Thanks once again guys

It's great to read success stories, well done.

This clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the DNA when drivers leave/dump packages unattended.
